The Legend…

The Gaucho would head out on horseback through the plains of South America in search of the highest grades of live stock. Returning with his bounty, the Gaucho would slow roast this meat on large skewers over an open flame.

How it works…

Our Rodizios will be bringing around today’s selection of delicious meats for you to feast on. All you have to do is turn your El Toro to green when you’re ready to eat and our Rodizio will carve straight to your table! If there are any dietary requirements, please tell one of your lovely staff and they can advise what we have to offer.
